All products sold by Junk’d x Jem’d are customized and handmade. Because of the nature of handmade items, each product may vary slightly in design, placement of embellishments, and overall appearance.

By placing an order, you understand that:

  • Each item is uniquely made
  • Designs may slightly differ from inspiration photos
  • Once production has started, design changes cannot be made

We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

We recommend:

  • Avoid excessive water exposure
  • Do not pull or pick at embellishments
  • Store items carefully when not in use
  • Handle custom pieces gently to preserve design details

Improper handling or misuse may cause damage that is not eligible for repair, replacement, or refund.

 

 

Pricing & Product Availability


All prices listed on our website are subject to change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue products at any time
  • Limit the quantities of any product or service
  • Cancel orders if necessary

In the event that we cancel an order, the customer will be notified and refunded accordingly.

Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the shipping carrier, Junk’d x Jem’d is no longer responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen packages.
