Refund policy

At Junk’d x Jem’d, every item is handmade and customized specifically for each order. Because of this, all sales are final.


We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect orders once payment has been submitted.


Partial refunds or returns may only be considered under special circumstances and must be discussed directly between the customer and the business owner.


If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo proof of the damage. Each case will be reviewed individually to determine an appropriate solution.


Once orders have been shipped and transferred to the shipping carrier, Junk’d x Jem’d is no longer responsible for the package.


All orders are packaged with protective materials and fragile quality assurance to ensure safe delivery.


By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

 

All payments must be made electronically through the official Junk’d x Jem’d website or Shop App.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Shop Pay
  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Cash App
  • PayPal
  • Bank Payments (where available)

Orders will not begin processing until full payment has been received.


Because all items are custom made per order, all payments are final and non-refundable.

 


Custom Order Policy

 

All Junk’d x Jem’d products are handmade and uniquely customized. This means that no two items will look exactly the same.


Customers are responsible for providing clear instructions and inspiration details when placing their order.


If inspiration photos are uploaded, they will be used as design guidance only. The final product may vary slightly due to artistic interpretation, material availability, and handmade design techniques.


Once an order has entered the production process, design changes cannot be made.
