Because all items are custom made, processing times vary depending on the product ordered.
Processing Times
Junk’d Phone Cases
- 1–3 business days to create
Custom Shoes & Other Items
(Timbz, Crocs, clothing, gift baskets, and other custom items)
- 2–8 business days to create
Shipping Time
Once your item has been completed, shipping typically takes 2–5 business days depending on the carrier.
Please note that shipping times begin after the order has been completed, not when the order is placed.
Incorrect Address Policy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already shipped, Junk’d x Jem’d is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.
If you realize your address was entered incorrectly, please contact us immediately before your order ships so corrections can be made.
Additional shipping fees may apply if the package must be resent.
Lost or Stolen Packages Policy
Once a package has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier, Junk’d x Jem’d is no longer responsible for the package.
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Junk’d x Jem’d is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in transit.
Rush Orders
Rush orders are only accepted when the rush fee option is added at checkout.
Orders needed within 48 hours cannot be placed through the online store. If you require an urgent order, please contact us directly.
